J'ai passez mon permit!!!
I took my road test yesterday and passed! I finally have a full drivers license; no car to drive, but I finally have it and it feels great!! Tomorrow I leave my old stomping grounds for Dryden where my sister Val is, looking forward to a week with her and the kids. Then off to Timmins for the 22 of may.
As Shakespeare said in Romeo and Juliet "Parting is such sweet sorrow." I have a bittersweet time leaving the Peg again but like I said b4 it isn't my home. After having a taste of Heaven I don't think I will ever be able to call anyplace on Earth my home. That will be such a great homecoming when I get home and my father says to me, "Well done my good and faithful servent, well done."
Where do you stand in your walk? Have you accepted Christ as your lord and savior yet? Or do you think I'm a good person I don't need anything else. Well brother I got news for you; you fall well short for Christ himself said that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. There is only one way to ensure your eternity and that is through the Son.
What that is too intolerant of me? Well let me ask you this, what is 2 + 2? If you got any answer other then 4 your wrong. Or how bout what about the law of gravity or the law of relativity. Are all of these intolerant too? I think not. Like wise if you think all religions lead to the same destination you are totally wrong and I'm sorry to say that unless you see the light you are lost for eternity.
All it takes is that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Your saying to yourself, but Eric what does that mean? Well it means that all you have to do is say this little prayer and believe it in your heart.
Lord Jesus, forgive me of everything I have done wrong, I want to change but I don't know where to begin. Help me to change every day. I accept you as Lord and savior of my life and know that you died on the cross for me and that you rose again on the third day a conqueror. Thank you Jesus for saving me. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
